§ 33.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF TAXING DISTRICTS.
   The city is hereby divided into an Urban Service District and Rural Service District, pursuant to M.S. § 272.67, as it may be amended from time to time, for the purpose of all municipal property taxes, except those levied for the payment of bonds and judgements and interest thereon.
