§ 114.11 COMPLIANCE CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   All licensed premises shall be   open to inspection by the city police or other authorized city officials during regular business hours. From time to time, but at least once per year, the city shall conduct compliance checks by engaging individuals under the age of 21 years to enter the licensed premise to attempt to purchase tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco-related devices or electronic delivery devices pursuant to a specific procedure prescribed by the city.
   (B)   A copy of that procedure will be given to each licensee at the time of license issuance.
