§ 114.05 TERMS AND FEES.

(A) Each license shall be valid for up to one year (pro rated), is nontransferable and nonrefundable. No license shall be issued under this chapter until the appropriate fee is paid in full. The annual fee for every license shall be set by resolution of the City Council.

(B) The annual license fee under this chapter for the city shall be $50.
