An application for a license to sell tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco-related devices, or electronic delivery devices shall be made on a form provided by the city. The form shall request the full disclosure of all matters relating to the applicant and/or the firm, corporation and/or the specific place and type of business to be licensed, and other information as may be required by the City Council. The Council may either approve or deny issuance of any license to sell tobacco, tobacco products, tobacco-related devices, or electronic delivery devices under this chapter. The Council may delay the issuance of a license if, in its opinion, additional information or investigation regarding the application is required.
