(A) The licensing fee shall be $25. All businesses operating within the city at the date this section is adopted shall be exempt from paying the initial fee of $25. A duly issued license shall be valid until and unless one of the following occurs:
(1) The ownership of the business changes;
(2) The business ceases to operate for a period of six months or more;
(3) The products and/or services provided by the business changes and/or the licensed business relocates such that it is no longer in compliance with the zoning ordinances.
(B) If a license application is rejected for any of the above reasons, the treasurer shall refund the license fee.
