§ 72.09 EMERGENCY OPERATION.
   Notwithstanding any prohibitions in this chapter, a snowmobile or ATV may be operated on a public thoroughfare in an emergency during the period of time and at locations where snow upon the roadway renders travel by automobile impractical.
