§ 51.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the terms of §§ 51.30 through 51.38 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be guilty of an offense relating to the preservation of public health or to the fire safety of a building or other structure and shall be subject to a fine or penalty not to exceed $2,000. Furthermore, the city shall be permitted to seek injunctive relief to prohibit continued use of any cross-connected well, or to stop the use of any newly dug well, or to stop continued digging of such a well, and to require mandatory capping and sealing of any well dug in violation of the terms of §§ 51.30 through 51.38.
