§ 51.32 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PRIVATE WATER WELL. Any hand-dug or bore hole water well more than ten feet in depth other than a water well owned by a retail public utility as defined in Tex. Water Code, § 13.002.
