§ 51.05 PERMIT NEEDED FOR CONNECTIONS.
   No connections with the watermain shall be made without a permit being issued. All such connections shall be made and all such work done at the expense of the applicant, who shall also furnish materials necessary for such work; all such connections shall be made under the supervision of the City Secretary and no connections shall be covered until the work has been inspected by him or her. Applications for such connections must be made to the City Secretary and a tapping fee as prescribed in the current fee schedule shall be paid for each connection. After the city has obtained 60 users, the Council shall redetermine the amount of the tapping fee, which shall in no event be less than the actual cost to the city.
