§ 51.04 PREMISES MUST COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS OF THE CITY.

No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the ordinances of the city; provided, that water may be turned on for the construction work in unfinished buildings, subject to the provisions of this subchapter.
