§ 50.42 SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   The property owner shall install a sanitary sewer service line at his or her expense to the municipality’s lateral, in accordance with regulations and subject to the inspection of the municipality. He or she shall thereafter maintain the service line to and including the service connection.
