§ 50.32 SECONDARY TAPS PROHIBITED.

No patron of the waterworks system shall permit any person to tap any water pipe leading into his or her premises without the consent of the Council or the Council’s designee. Owners or occupants of premises having service pipes and connections will be held strictly responsible for all uses of water from such service by other parties.
