§ 50.26 WASTE OF WATER.
   In case of willful or unreasonable waste of water by any patron, the municipality shall have the right to cut off the water supply and recover all damages. Such action of cutting off the water supply may be taken by the Director of Public Works at any time after he or she shall learn of such waste.
