If utility service is discontinued or reconnected, a fee shall be required as prescribed in the current fee schedule, as adopted by the city, for each time a municipal employee discontinues or reconnects service. If the meter is pulled to prevent unauthorized use of water, an additional charge shall be made in the amount prescribed in the current fee schedule adopted by the city.
