(A) Upon completion of 12 months continuous service, all regular full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation leave as follows:
Years of Service | Weeks of Vacation |
1 through 5 years of service | 2 weeks per year |
6 through 12 years of service | 3 weeks per year |
13 or more years of service | 4 weeks per year |
(B) Upon completion of the 36 months continuous service, all regular part-time employees are eligible for paid vacation leave as follows:
Years of Service | Weeks of Vacation |
4 through 6 years of service | 1 week per year |
7 or more years of service | 2 weeks per year |
(C) Earned vacation must be taken within 12 months of eligibility or forfeited.
