(A) Health insurance will only be made available to regular full-time employees working 40 hours or more per week. Percentage of city participation in the premium payment (cost) for the eligible employee is to be reviewed not less than annually and subject to change upon 30 days’ notice to the employee.
(B) The cost of dependent coverage for an eligible employee is the sole responsibility of the employee.
