(A) Pay schedule. City employees shall be paid as follows. All employees: bi-weekly (i.e., occurring every two weeks).
(B) Overtime. Overtime, when ordered for the maintenance of essential city functions, shall be allocated as evenly as possible. City employees paid by the hour shall be paid time and one-half of their regular hourly rate for all approved overtime work of one hour or more in excess of 40 hours per work week.
(C) Compensatory time. When authorized to full-time salaried employees, it must be taken within the same pay period as the overtime occurred.
