§ 35.01 DISASTER PREPAREDNESS ACTION PLAN.
   The Disaster Preparedness Plan, a copy of which is attached to and incorporated by reference in this section as if set out in full herein, is hereby adopted as the City Disaster Preparedness Action Plan to become effective after September 13, 2004.
