§ 150.159 DETERMINATION BY BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   When the Building Inspector has inspected or caused to be inspected any building and has found and determined that the building is substandard, the Building Inspector may take any or all of the following actions, as the Building Inspector deems appropriate:
   (A)   Issue notice to the record owner that the building is substandard and must be repaired or demolished;
   (B)   Issue citation(s) for violations(s) of this subchapter;
   (C)   Secure the building if permitted; and
   (D)   Recommend to the City Council that abatement proceedings be commenced pursuant to § 150.160.
