§ 150.143 EXCEPTIONS.
   (A)   This subchapter shall not apply to the movements of oversized equipment or buildings or structures of a temporary nature, when such equipment, building or structures are within the legal road limit as required by state law.
   (B)   Portions of this subchapter will not apply to buildings or structures being moved out of the city.
