§ 150.139 WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION MANDATORY.
   Any building or structure moved into the municipality shall be connected to the water and sewer system of the municipality or to a septic tank approved by the municipality before a certificate of occupancy can be issued for the building or structure if the building or structure is to be used for any purpose other than storage.
