§ 150.132 INVESTIGATION OF APPLICATION BY BUILDING OFFICIAL.
   (A)   Upon filing of the application, the Building Official shall investigate the application by inspecting the house, building or structure to be moved or relocated upon the lot or tract of land, and the lot or tract of land upon which the house, building or structure, if allowed to be moved onto the designated lot or tract of land, would meet all of the requirements of the Building Code and other applicable regulations of the municipality.
   (B)   A deposit as provided for in the building permit of the fee schedule is required for each building or structure to be moved from a lot or tract within the corporate limits of the municipality. This deposit is to be refunded when the following requirements have been met:
      (1)   Water lines capped and meters removed;
      (2)   Sewer lines capped; and
      (3)   All debris shall be removed from the lot and it shall be left in a sanitary state.
   (C)   If the Building Official shall determine that the house, building or other structure, or part thereof, is to be transported through the city on any city street other than U.S. Highway 82, but not installed or placed in the city, the Building Official shall determine that the route, time and date of the transport is made clear on the permit application so that a police escort is provided if required by Police Department policy.
