It shall be unlawful for any person to transport, demolish, move or relocate a building, structure or portion thereof, except portable storage buildings not greater than 12 feet in width, 24 feet in length and 12 feet in height, on any city street other than U.S. Highway 82 within the corporate limits of the municipality without first obtaining a building transportation/relocation/installation/demolition permit from the city.
