§ 150.078 FRAME BUILDINGS.
   (A)   No structure whose walls are wholly, or in part, constructed of wood, hereafter, to be built hereafter be established as follows:
      (1)   Temporary one-story frame buildings for the use of builders; and
      (2)   Small outhouses not exceeding 100 square feet in area and eight feet in height, not located within 30 feet of any other building nor within five feet of any lot lines.
   (B)   Any existing frame or iron clad building within the fire limits, which may hereafter be damaged by fire, decay or otherwise to an amount greater than one-half its present value exclusively of the foundation shall not be repaired or rebuilt, but shall be removed.
