§ 150.077 INCOMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED WITHIN FIRE LIMITS.
   (A)   Every building hereafter erected, altered or enlarged within the fire limits, shall be enclosed on all sides with walls constructed wholly of stone, well burned brick, or reinforced concrete eight inches, and shall have the roof, also the roof and sides of all roof structures, covered with incombustible material. All cornices shall be of incombustible materials.
   (B)   Note: the purpose of this section is to prohibit the erection within the fire limits of wooden, ironclad, stucco and veneer type buildings.
