§ 150.075 FIRE LIMITS.

   The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the City of Lindsay, Texas, to-wit:

   The North half of Block No. 18 and the South half of Block No. 11;

   BEGINNING at a point where the south right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 82 intersects the west right-of-way line of farm to Market Road No. 1199 of that road’s eastern most entrance into the City of Lindsay, Texas;

   THENCE in southerly direction along said west right-of-way line of said farm to Market Road 150 feet to a point;

   THENCE in a westerly direction parallel with said south right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 82 to a point on the east right-of-way line of said farm to Market Road’s western most entrance into the City of Lindsay, Texas;

   THENCE northerly along said right-of-way line of said farm to Market Road’s western entrance and continuing across U.S. Highway 82 to a point 200 feet north of the north right-of-way line of said Highway 82 which point shall be located on a continuing straight line of said right-of-way line of said farm to Market Road’s western entrance;

   THENCE in an easterly direction parallel with the north right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 82 to a point 200 feet north of said right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 82 which point shall be located on a continuing straight line of the west right-of-way line of farm to Market Road No. 1199 of that road’s eastern most entrance into the City of Lindsay, Texas; and

   THENCE in a southerly direction along said continuing straight line to the place of beginning.
