§ 150.001 MINIMUM SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR RESIDENCES AND RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Generally. Any structure to be used as a single-family residence to be built on-site, constructed off-site and moved onto a location inside the city, or moved from one location to another within the city that is to be used as a single-family residence or converted from a alternate use to a single-family residence, shall have a minimum of 1,000 square feet of living space.
   (B)   Withholding of building permits and/or certificates of occupancy. No building permit or certificate of occupancy shall be issued by the City Building Officials for any structure, whether built on-site or moved on-site that does not comply with this section.
