(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 115.01 through 115.14 shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. In case the owner or operator of the premises shall be a corporation and shall violate any provision of §§ 115.01 through 115.14, the President, Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer of such corporation, or any manager, agent or employee of such corporation shall be also severally liable for any penalty. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed a separate violation.
