§ 32.01 PROCUREMENT GUIDELINES.

The City Council hereby adopts by reference and attaches, as an indivisible part, to this chapter the Texas Municipal League handbook, Texas Municipal Procurement Laws Made Easy as a reference to aid the city in continuing to follow the state regulations for Type A general law city procurement procedures.
