§ 115.06 REVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL.
   Within 60 days after receipt of an application for a permit, the City Council shall review and consider the application and shall grant or refuse the permit in accordance with the terms of this subchapter and the review by the appropriate city or county officials or agencies.
