Sno Cone stand owners/operators are responsible for obtaining all permits and/or licenses required by the city, the state and the county. Waivers for permits required by the city may be granted to city, school, church and other civic organizations for events upon satisfactory proof of compliance with current health and safety regulations by a recognized city, school, church or civic organization.
