(A) Any person desiring to operate a Sno Cone stand must make written application for a permit on forms provided at City Hall.
(B) The application must contain the name and address of each applicant, the location of the proposed stand and the $50 non-refundable fee.
(C) An incomplete application will not be accepted. Failure to provide all required information or falsifying information may result in denial or revocation of the permit.
(D) All permits are good for 90 days. Re-application for a permit can be made 180 days after the previous permit has expired.
