§ 113.03 LOCATION.
   (A)   (1)   Sno Cone stands shall be located on the same property as an established business and must be with the permission of the property owner.
      (2)   It may not interfere or disrupt the flow of traffic or established required parking spaces.
   (B)   Sno Cone stands are only allowed within commercially-zoned districts.
