(A) Sno Cone stands are authorized within the city limits.
(B) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
SNO CONE STAND. A temporary-seasonal permitted facility which prepares and offers for sale to the public only non-potentially hazardous foods, such as nondairy confectionary items consisting of shaved ice and sugar-based flavorings. Other commercially prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous foods may be offered for sale, if approved by state health regulations.
