A reserve police officer must fulfill the minimum training standards established for all reserve law enforcement officers by the Commission of Law Enforcement Standards and Education. Any reserve police officer shall further possess and maintain the minimum physical, mental, educational and moral standards established for all reserve law enforcement officers by the Commission of Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education.
