(A) Generally. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter, or who fails to comply with any of the provisions herein, within the corporate limits of the city, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $75 nor more than $200. Each event or violation shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable accordingly.
(B) Civil remedies. The city may bring suit for civil remedies, including injunctive relief and for damages for violation of this chapter.
