Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not to exceed $200 for each violation. Each day a violation continues after passage of 75 days from date of the filing of the initial complaint with the city shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
