§ 90.26 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   RUNNING AT LARGE. Not completely confined upon the property or premises of the owner or owners of the dog or any member of the canine family.
