§ 30.15 TYPE A GENERAL LAW MUNICIPALITY.
   (A)   The Town of Lindsay hereby changes to a Type A general law municipality.
   (B)   A copy of this section shall be entered upon the minutes of the governing body of the town, and a copy of the same, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Secretary under the corporate seal shall be filed in the office of the County Clerk.
   (C)   The official name of the town shall hereafter be known as the City of Lindsay, and its governing body shall hereafter be known as the City Council.
