(A) The City Street Department is hereby authorized to construct a pedestrian crosswalk across Fourth Street approximately 437 feet east of the existing city limits of the city, with such crosswalk to be in a manner that identifies a clearly marked place for pedestrians to cross Fourth Street.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this schedule by failing to yield to pedestrians crossing the street in the designated crosswalk shall be deemed guilty of a Class C misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the amount specified in the Uniform Traffic Law of the state.
