(A) *Any person who operates a vehicle in violation of these provisions shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $500.
(B) **Any person who violates any portion of these provisions is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than $200. Each incident that violates these provisions shall be considered a separate offense.
