§ 70.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person who violates any portion of § 70.01 is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction be subject to a fine of not more than $200. Each incident that violates § 70.01 shall be considered a separate offense.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 70.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500.
