5. POINT VALUES FOR VIOLATIONS, REVOCATIONS, SUSPENSIONS, AND NONRENEWALS.
   (A)   Purpose. This policy establishes an alcohol beverage demerit point system to assist in determining which retail license holders should to subject to suspension or revocation procedures.
   (B)   Point schedule. The following scale of demerit points is listed according to the type of alcohol beverage violation. This demerit system is used to identify habitually troublesome license holders for the purpose of recommending suspension, revocation, or non-renewal of their alcohol beverage licenses.
