§ 50.04 RECEPTACLE REQUIRED; STORAGE.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every owner or his agent or occupant of any house, building, or business establishment in the Village or where animal or vegetable matter is prepared or served, to maintain at all times in good order and repair a suitable receptacle or receptacles for garbage, landscape waste and recyclable materials. Garbage receptacles should be watertight with a close fitting cover. No garbage, landscape waste or recyclable material receptacles or refuse shall be placed at the street for removal prior to 6:00 p.m. the night before a scheduled pick up. No receptacles or refuse shall be placed in the street. All receptacles shall be removed from the street by 8:00 p.m. of the day of a scheduled collection. Landscape waste may be placed in securely tied bundles or sealed approved biodegradable paper bags or metal or plastic garbage receptacles but may not be placed at the street for collection prior to 6:00 p.m. the night before a scheduled collection.
   (B)   No garbage, landscape waste or recyclable material receptacle or refuse shall be placed or stored on any area of a lot between the front side of any part of the residence (including the front side of an attached garage) and the street except as allowed in division (A) of this section. For purposes of this section, the term FRONT SIDE OF ANY PART OF THE RESIDENCE shall mean:
      (1)   The front side of a residence facing a street or on a corner lot, the 2 sides facing the street; and
      (2)   A straight line extending parallel from a front outside corner of a residence to a side lot line.
