§ 35.41 PROCEDURES TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATUTES.
The procedures to be followed by the budget officer of the village shall be the procedures as set forth in 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/8-2-9.2 through 8-2-9.9.
