§ 35.30 WATER AND SEWER UTILITY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUNDS.
2 new accounts, the water utility capital improvement fund account and the sewer utility capital improvement fund, shall be established and carried out according to the conditions of this subchapter. The exclusive use for the water utility capital improvement fund shall be to finance capital improvements in the water utilities of the village and the exclusive use for the sewer utility capital improvement fund shall be to finance capital improvements in the sewer utilities in the village.
