§ 33.10 CHARGES FOR POLICE REPORTS.
Any person or corporation requesting copies of any reports of the police department which are available pursuant to the Illinois freedom of information act 1 and other applicable village ordinances shall pay the following processing charges:
 
Traffic accident reports
