§ 158.15 APPROVAL AND INSPECTION BY VILLAGE ENGINEER.
   (A)   All plans, specifications, details, contracts, insurance, bonds and the like, for public improvements required or installed under the terms of this chapter, including, but not limited thereto, street paving, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer system, storm sewer systems, curbs, sidewalks, street name signs, shall be approved by the Village Engineer before starting construction.
   (B)   All public improvements to be made under the provisions of this chapter and the Village's planned unit development ordinance contained in chapter 159 of this title, shall be inspected during the course of construction by the Village Engineer or his duly authorized representative. The cost of the inspection shall be in the amount set forth in the comprehensive fee schedule set forth in Section 12.02 of this code.
All fees shall be paid to the Village prior to the commencement of construction of any of the public improvements.
