§ 32.70 FORM OF BOND.
   OFFICIAL BOND
   KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we,                 of the Village of Lindenhurst, in the State of Illinois, as Principal, and                 of the Village of Lindenhurst and State of Illinois, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto the Village of Lindenhurst and State of Illinois, in the full and just sum of $ , lawful money of the United States, for the payment of which well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
