(A) No permits required under the provisions of this subchapter shall be issued until the payment of fees therefor. Permit fees shall be based on the cost of inspecting the work, and shall be paid to the village.
(B) Fees for the inspection of plumbing fixtures and appurtenances requiring supply, drainage and vent piping installed in new buildings or in addition to existing buildings shall be as set forth in § 150.11 of this title.
